Psychological services for adults -

We offer assessment and treatment of  a wide range of concerns for adults.  Together, we have over 70 years experience providing services to adults  who seek to solve problems, gain greater understanding and improve the quality of their lives.

Our approach is flexible to meet the needs of each person.  It may involve revisiting early relationships, developing specific social skills, journaling, or using other cognitive-behavioral techniques.  Goals of treatment often involve changing behavior (including thoughts, feelings
or actions) while also enhancing self-awareness and understanding.

Poets tell us that the cracked places are where the light comes in.  Together we will try to mend the damage around those cracks and then use the broken places to learn, rebuild and go forward.
